Excellent Stay Near Tower Bridge
convenient access ample space city views breakfast options
The location offered convenient access to Tower Bridge and many restaurants. My room provided ample space and cleanliness, which I appreciated. I had city views from my window including The Shard. The breakfast options gave a good start to each day of sightseeing.
The room heating was set high I needed to turn it off.

The hotel is within a ten-minute walk of Borough Market and the Bermondsey Beer Mile. London Bridge Station and the Thames are also easily accessible from this location. A Sainsbury's supermarket is conveniently located across the courtyard.

The reception staff offered quick check-in service. They assisted with information and directions throughout my stay. The breakfast service included fresh options each morning and provided support with special requests without any problems.

perfect service friendly staff great location broken refrigerator slow lift out of order lift
i adored the perfect service. mr imran, the general manager, spoke with me. mr edward, the manager, also interacted, and the entire service staff catered to all my requests. the location is superb, right on bermondsey street. it's a short walk to london bridge station, borough, and tower bridge.
i discovered a few downsides . the small refrigerator in my room never worked. i reported it to the manager, but i didn't receive any compensation. the lift felt slow, and the other lift was out of order.

lovely stay!
accommodating staff convenient location nice bathroom comfy bed
i found the staff very accommodating and helpful . the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. my room included a fridge and a nice bathroom, i thought that was great. i appreciated the comfy bed and a restful night's sleep.
the check-in process was a little slow, there was only one person available, and limited space made it somewhat inconvenient, though it was manageable.

The rooms had twin sinks and a balcony! the boutique style enhanced the room's appeal, it was lovely. cleanliness was evident throughout the room. It was maintained very well.

i found the location to be very good and not far from tower bridge. it was easy to walk or take a short taxi to tower bridge, i liked that. the proximity to southbank made it easy to explore.

the location was great! i found cozy restaurants on bermondsey street. the hotel was close to a supermarket too. breakfast was yummy with great coffee.
the aircon was noisy and hard to switch off.

The hotel is near many cafés and a supermarket, so this was very helpful. london bridge station is also easily accessible, at only 10 minutes away on foot. This adds to the convenient location.

the hotel offers complimentary water and juice, a nice touch. i noticed the hotel had coffee machines available. the rooms were clean plus well-kept, an aspect i really appreciated.

I enjoyed the fresh omelettes available during breakfast service. there was fresh pastry available. It was also tasty. the hotel offered standard english breakfast options, including yogurts, fruits, and cereals.
